Necessary Evil Caribbean Rum BA from Thornbridge

This limited version of Necessary Evil has been aged in Rum barrels for 8 months. The distinctive notes of toasted sugar balance with the rich oak to accentuate this bold flavoured Imperial Stout.

Necessary Evil is a lovingly crafted imperial stout, aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels. Aromas of sweet bourbon, vanilla and oak from the ageing process combine with rich chocolate, roasted malts and caramel from the base beer. Soft and silky, Necessary Evil has layers of complexity and flavour unlike any other.

Well looky here, new beer, both Boundary Brewing collaborations. International Bounty Hunter (with Moersleutel) is an Imperial Stout with cocoa, cacao nibs & coconut. Excellent Gif Work (with Beer Hut) an Imperial Stout with Tonka beans.
