Details of Position
Job title – Shift (Retail) Manager

Details of job duties:
• Improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Handling customer accounts, negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers on behalf of the company and looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Monitoring cash flow, preparing budgets that improve the cost-efficiency of the setting
• Reporting, managing, and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes
• Training & Recruiting junior staff
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
Salary: Gross £27000 per annum
Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required:
• Minimum UK equivalent NQF Level 3 or above in management / sales / marketing
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in similar role i.e., Sales Manager/Marketing Manager / Retail Manager.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT 60 MONTHS
