Garson Grocery was established more than 65 years ago by a local farmer and has deep roots within the community, having served many generations of area residents as well as commuters along highway 44. Lawrence and Carolyn Porhownik bought the store in 1971 and kept on adding to the services and expanded the building until they retired in 2013 when Paul and Nav Thind took over the business. The current owners have been working hard to provide the best possible value to each and every customer that walks in the door and really thank the community for the support that they have received and look forward to taking the store to new heights in the future. Services:
Liquor: We have our very own registered liquor commission at our location

Lottery: Feeling Lucky? Come one down and take you choice of any of our scratch tickets or lotto tickets. Canada Post: Need to send out some mail or expecting a package? We can help you with that so next time you need to use postage come to Garson Grocery and we will seal the deal. Deli: Take a pick from our various selections of Deli meat, bacon and sausage. Grocery: Missing that one ingredient you need for dinner, don’t worry we can help you out! We have dairy products such as cheese, milk, cream, and devilishly tasty frozen delights.
