We are a small brewery who thinks big. we don’t dabble in the mundane. Our beers are unconventional, but not unsophisticated.

We push back against the assumption that the fun beers have to be seasonal - we do fun all year round.

The cellar door is closed today.
Be back open Saturday and Sunday, 1-5pm.

Time to let the beasts out
Starting, real soon, I’ll be getting out to some bottle-o’s and pubs to see if I can’t get my little beasts more available in your neighbourhood.
If you know anywhere that would be a great match for some farmhouse and sour ales, gluten free IPAs, or cold brew coffee - let me know, I’ll make sure I stop by.

But, to make that happen I need to change the cellar door times.
From now on I’ll be at the brewery ready to serve a tasting paddle, or two, at:
Monday - by appointment only
Tuesday - by appointment only
Wednesday - by appointment only
Thursday - 1pm-5pm
Friday - 1pm-5pm
Saturday - 1pm-5pm
Sunday - 1pm-5pm

Every Saturday 7:30-11:30am I’m doing tastings and takeaways.

If you’d like to make an appointment, or can only make it outside the new hours, shoot me a message on socials and I’ll do my best to sort you out.

And, of course, a little reminder that in line with the WA government guidelines from today, 31st January, all patrons to the brewery will need to provide proof of vaccination, or valid exemption.

Lastly, a big shout out to all those who’ve stopped by so far, you rock 🎩🦁

Get some colour in your life.
Come to our cellar door, have a taste and grab a few colourful cans, to go.
Or, come see us at Saturday mornings. Yup, beer in the morning at the farmers market - it’s a thing.

- a farmhouse kölsch.

The Sophisticated Beast lives!
And, from 22 July our Vasse cellar door will be open 10-5, Thursday to Tuesday.
That’s everyday, except Wednesday.
There’ll be beer, seltzer, and cocktail (yup!) tasting paddles.

WA’s smallest brewery has been quiet, real quiet, for a while.
But, hibernation was so 2020 (that sound’s familiar).
Come be adventurous, no boring beverages here.
