We have taken great care to choose varie

ties and clones which compliment the environment. Varieties such as Grillo (draught resistant), Gruner Vetliner, Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Nero d’Avola, Negroamaro and clones of Mendoza Chardonnay. Allowing Winemaker John Gilbert to express the exceptional qualities of each individual region and that influence of terroir on variety. By Jingo alternative varieties will continue to increase as John has imported the variety Grillo from Sicily along with Gruner Vetliner from Austria.
