RETAIL MANAGER, URBAN CELLARS MOUNT BARKER
The role
As store Manager we are looking for someone who has a real passion for store presentation, wine retail, and most importantly customer service.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• drive sales and proactively promote your business.
• be responsible for the store’s inventory.
• effectively manage administration of your store from payroll and wage control through to stock ordering.
• ensure store presentation standards are met.
• maintain customer excellence standards by nurturing a strong focus on customer service
• Effectively execute Urban Cellars advertising and promotion plans.
• lead and motivate your team to deliver business objectives and growth.

This is a hands on, full-time salaried position with 5 shifts rostered over a 7-day week roster including days, nights and weekends.
