This is a pretty special arrival for all you sour beer & lambic fans. 9 different fruited versions from Belgium's Gueuzerie Tilquin and they're honestly all incredible. Don't miss out on these!
"Meerts Tilquin series was made by fermenting fruit that had already been used once. The fruit was fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1 year old Meerts and 20% of a blend of different 2 year old lambics." - Tilquin

Colourful new arrivals this week with a butterfly pea gin from Billson's, a blackcurrent & elderberry tea infusion from Australian Distilling Co., and SA's 5Nines Distilling delivering a refreshing limoncello/gin hybrid. Plus something a little more classic in the form of 'Marie', with a blood orange & ginger twist.
