Carmenere grapes originally from Bordeaux, France are very distinctive. A relative of the merlot grape 🍇. It is full bodied, fruity. Slightly tannic with dominant green capsicum & black pepper notes throughout.

This little beauty is the 2017 vintage produced in the Valle del paipo a Andes region of Chile. Cool climate found at the foot of the Andes mountain range.

Elegant yet robust. The base is starwards classic red wine matured spirit w/ select parcels of Whisky from tawny, rum,apera & bourbon barrels.

Uigeadail meaning dark & mysterious is the name of the local loch near the distillery.

This cask strength expression is effectively the 10 year old on steroids.

Tar. Salt. Vegetation. All things dank & smokey balanced elegantly with barley, sugar & sweet popcorn.

Grapes 🍇 sourced from top vines found in McLaren vale & Coonawarra.

This arvo at Market Street, we have the fantastic Bobby Jackson from joining us to showcase their range of classic yet diverse Speyside drams. Bobby will be pairing some cheese with the whisky as well, so come hear his enthusiastic tones while you find the best cheese to go with that glorious 18yo Single Malt.
