Dear Friends and Foodies, due to popular demand, we at Don't Fork Around have decided to also add single serving options to our product range. We will be adding this to the website very soon.
Single serving infused pasta available from R 25.00.
All our dried infused pastas have a 12-month shelf life and is super easy to make. We will be adding, for your convenience, quick sauce options for these so that you can prepare a meal at home from R 25 pp.
Watch out for some black Friday specials. Our range will also be on display this Saturday at De Hoop Primary School's lady's morning.

Made some fresh pesto and garlic fettuccine today. Definitely worth a try all.
Simply cook for 7 minutes, in boiling water, add salt and a touch of oil.
Once cooked, add fresh lemon juice olive oil and a touch of chilli flakes or fresh chilli.
This one come HIGHLY recommended!!!

So with Italy and a ref standing between a first tour victory, I thought I would share a braai broodjie recipe to try after the game:
Make the braai broodjie as normal with tomato, cheese and onion, add your salt and pepper to taste. Add some duck fat to the outer side of your broodjie. Braai over medium to low heat.
