QUESTION: Can I make Candyfloss for you in rainy or humid weather?: Answer: Unfortunately No, I can't make candy floss in heavy rainy weather or high humidity, as the moisture will cause the candy floss to become sticky and soggy, ruining its texture and appearance.

Here's why:
Moisture is the enemy: Cotton candy is very sensitive to moisture and humidity.
Sticky and Soggy: In humid conditions, the cotton candy will absorb moisture, becoming sticky and soggy instead of fluffy and light.

Best Climate: The best climate for making candy, including cotton candy, is dry with low humidity, ideally below 30%
