Thank you for choosing our candyfloss! Please note that due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candyfloss items to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our customers. Our product is weather sensitive ,please make sure when you place an order that we are able to assist. Humidity must be less than 30 % for perfect candyfloss. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
