INGREDIENTS
Lime wedge, for ri***ng
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 oz. dark rum
2 oz. white rum
1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
Juice of 1 lime
2 oz. orange Curaçao
1 oz. orgeat syrup
Ice
2 tbsp. grenadine
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Lime slices, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Rim 2 glasses with a lime wedge. Place chili powder on a small plate and dip rim into chili powder and turn to coat.
Divide rums, orange juice, lime juice, Curaçao, and orgeat syrup between glasses and stir. Fill with ice then divide grenadine between glasses.
Garnish with fruit to serve.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. St. Germain
3 oz. dry sparkling wine, such as brut Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco
2 oz. soda water
Ice
Celery rib and cucumber slice, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Fill a collins or other cocktail glass with ice; Add St. Germaine and stir to chill. Top with wine and soda water and stir gently to combine. Garnish with celery and cucumber.

INGREDIENTS
Grapefruit wedge, for ri***ng
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
Ice
2 oz. cognac
2 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. Cointreau
Grapefruit slice, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Rim glass with a grapefruit wedge. Combine sugar and chili powder on a small plate and dip rim into mixture, turning to coat.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cognac, Cointreau, and grapefruit juice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into rimmed glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
