Craving Beef Stroganoff? 🍝🥩
Try this quick and delicious recipe!

Ingredients:
700g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
40g butter, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
400g button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Crème Fraîche
Cooked fettuccine

Quick steps:
Coat beef in flour and cook in butter/oil until browned.
Sauté onions, mushrooms, garlic, and paprika.
Add wine, stock, tomato paste, mustard, and beef. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Stir in Crème Fraîche and serve with pasta and parsley!
