We have tried to join the group but still not accepted.
The attendant who made the error and double charged you on the credit system reported it same time to the company.
He was the cashier of the shift and was the only person who could do your refund.
The footage shows that he came back and apologized to you.
Also, even if you had left the premises and come back the next day, the computer system will show the transaction of what you had filled and we would have to refund that amount to you.
We not here to steal from the clients, it was an honest mistake made by the new employee who is working his 2nd week on site.
However, we do sincerely apologize for the error made and the headache given to you in the situation.
