Dear valued customers,We are writing to inform you of upcoming regulations that will deeply impact the cost pricing of e-liquid products. As you may be aware, the government has recently announced a new tax on va**ng products (R2.90 per millilitre), which is set to come into effect on the 1st of June.

We want to stress that we are doing everything we can to mitigate the impact of these regulations on our customers. This includes stockpiling our overdraft limit of funds to keep as much stock as we can for the coming months at the current pricing.However, despite our best efforts, we anticipate that all discounts and loyalty programmes will be impacted in the coming months.

This is a difficult decision, but unfortunately, it is necessary to help us remain viable as a business.We want to assure you that we are not taking this situation lightly. We have joined a legal battle against the government to reconsider the undue tax and are working closely with other industry leaders to push for a fairer outcome for all.

We understand that this news may be concerning, and we want to assure you that we will continue to keep all our valued customers updated and informed as time passes. We will provide you with specific information on how and where the loyalty programmes may be affected as a result of the tax.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued loyalty and support over the past 8 years. It has been a pleasure serving you, and we are committed to continuing to provide you with the best possible products and services, despite these challenging times.
