Here is a fantastic sip for the weekend. As we like to be a tad different here at Capellil La Vita we followed the advice to pour over ice with a twist of orange. We had no orange so we served it over a twist on the ice.
They have an online store order now and get it next week.
The Martinez was either based on Dutch Genever or Old Tom Gin (usually made with London Dry Gin) it’s widely regarded as the drink that morphed into the Martini and evolved from the Manhattan in 1860s
