DELIVERY METHOD
Please note that ALL items sold in our website are PRE-OREDERED items from overseas unless otherwise stated and therefore our delivery timeline is normally around 10 working days counting from NEXT DAY UPON PAYMENT NOTIFICATION RECEIVED. r than 10 working days, please don’t be surprised as we are working very hard to process all customer’s orders immediately upon receiving payment notification to avoid any possible delay and to have shortest possible delivery timeline. However there may still be possibilities whereby delivery timeline will get slightly overrun due to various factors such as random custom spot check, logistic congestion, parcel lost or product runs out of stock and need to wait for manufacturer to reproduce etc. We will continue to strive for shortest possible delivery timeline for all our valued customers even though our delivery commitment remains at around 10 working days. We use Poslaju, Kangaroo and Skynet courier service for all local deliveries (Malaysia) which usually ships within 1-3 days after we posted the parcel. All the stocks will be examined to ensure it is in good condition before sending out to customers, however when we send out through the courier company we do not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs. Hence we are not responsible for your parcel during shipment transit. Please note that our responsibilities starts from receiving orders from customers, placing respective orders to our suppliers, sorting and packing all orders before sending out to customers and ends upon posting the parcels to respective customers. We are not responsible for any matters related to courier company service and we will charge extra postage if the parcel gets returned back to us due to any possible reasons (unclaimed, wrong address given or no such person etc)
CUSTOM & TAX DUTIES
The probability of being tax in custom is very small(less than 1% of the parcel) may be taxed. Our professional executive will make the necessary arrangement to avoid any tax situation for you. However, we do not guarantee if your goods will be taxed during any custom clearance. If your parcel is being taxed, you need to pay the taxes on your own. The tax rates depend on the type of your products. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the shipment(s) will return to us. Do remember, to write a complete and full address in the shipping bill form. REJECT BY RECIPIENT
If recipient refuses to accept package, the package(s) will return to us. Do remember to notify recipient (if it is a gift/surprise/etc) after you have made the order. COURIER MISTAKES
In rare cases, if the address label became illegible(unreadable) during shipping and handling process, the package(s) will be returned to us. If upon receiving your order, there are any damage(s) to the package(s) or missing item(s) from your order. Do make a report to us. You may send an email to [email protected] or contact me at 011-3261 8291. But please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped exactly as you received it for inspection. We will kindly advise you the next step.
2. If you have missing items spanning multiple boxes, please check the tracking status to confirm that all packages have been delivered with tracking number before you proceed filing a report with us. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
For items shipped internationally, any warranty issue(s) and manufacturer restrictions may not be applicable; as items may not be designed for destination country standards, specifications and labelling requirements, though you will be notified if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected. In rare cases, there are unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events and etc. ITEM AVAILABILITY
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However unforeseen circumstances may happen, in the event of ‘Out-of-stock’, we will notify you via phone call or email and our customer support will advise you the next step.
