Overview: Hosted at the Baltimore Spirits Company over several days in the late summer of 2024, our Baltimore Bartender Lab aimed to provide a community-building experience.
Attendance and Engagement: We set out to host over four days of events, with 20-30 and 26 registered for events. The total number of attendees was 41. We enjoyed our industry nights, our intimate dinners with 30-year-old wine and sipping and learning together.
Highlights: From Sunday, August 25th through Wednesday, August 28th, BevFluence hosted a series of events in Baltimore designed to provide education to bartenders, sommeliers, media, craft beverage professionals, and even distillers. The sessions included seminars, forums, hands-on training, and distillery tours presented by well-known local and national craft beverage experts. Sunday to Tuesday, the sessions were held at the Baltimore Spirits Company, and Wednesday featured a tour of Sagamore Spirit.

BevFluence® is coming to Chicago this February! We’ll start off the new year with a week of imbibing experiences. From February 4th through the 8th the BevFluence team will be participating at CiderCon and attending various cider related events in Chicago. Then on Monday February 10th we will kickoff three days of programs consisting of tasting and education with Cambio Tequila and BevFluence’s Chandler Tomayko, Aaron Knoll, Justin Koury, and Todd Godbout. The program also includes a day at our content studio, where media has the opportunity to collaborate and create stunning evergreen content as a community. We’ll round out the week with several bartender labs in which bartenders, other industry professionals, and media cut loose and get creative with your spirits and a wide range of innovative ingredients.

Aaron Knoll, author, gin historian, and creator of The GIN is IN talks about how we talk about flavor in gin and his research on how non-professionals talk about flavor in gin.
We’ll taste some gins. Discuss flavor and its relationship to botanical choice. And then share some soon-to-be-published research on age and regional flavor differences.
By the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with a new model for recommending gins to consumers and an enhanced understanding of how outside of our touchpoints, how consumers and everyday people are talking about abstract concepts like aroma and flavor.

America's Grape will be featured at the BevFluence Chicago Speakeasy (Eris Brewery and Ciderhouse 4240 W Irving Park Road, Chicago, Illinois, 60641 ) as all aspects of Norton wine will be discussed at an educational session presented by Todd Godbout of WineCompass.

Norton is a hybrid grape variety that is considered America’s oldest native grape. It was first cultivated in Richmond, Virginia, by Dr. Daniel Norborne Norton in the early 19th century. Norton is a cross between Vitis aestivalis and Vitis vinifera and is valued for its hardiness and resistance to various diseases and pests, including phylloxera. This makes it a versatile and reliable grape for winemakers in diverse climates from it native Virginia, to the Midwest where its considered Missouri's signature grape, to Kansas and Arkansas known as Cynthiana, and other states such as Illinois, Georgia, and North Carolina. Norton wines are known for their ability to age well, with some varieties capable of aging for over two decades

As 2024 closes we look forward we are thankful for the brands and industry professionals who joined us in our various programs. Our last to kickoff this year was the Effervescence Unleashed sparkling program and basically two months of operation has achieved noticeable engagement as shown in the graphic.
We look forward to 2025 with the continuation of the program. Registration will remain open for most of next year with opportunities to also be presented at our various Speakeasies scheduled in Chicago, Denver, and possibly San Antonio and Northern California.

The NOËL Family Vodka is a fresh clean spirit made from 100% American corn and charcoal filtered to remove any impurities. It is produced in Donaldsonville Louisiana, just 25 feet above sea level on the banks of the Mississippi, about 35 miles south of Baton Rouge.
The Horton Vineyards Erotes NV Rosé Sparkling Wine was created in the traditional Methode Champenoise using 100% Monticello AVA Touriga National. The bottles are hand riddled, disgorged and each bottle quality inspected for color, taste, and smell before final closure.

Pumpkin Pie & Bimber Ex Bourbon - What a cool place in London, love the between the tire shop vibe of the location and man do they make some awesome whiskey. My wife even let me bring a bottle home from the distillery visit. The whiskey is bright, with grassy, floral and nutty notes. The perfect pairing. via Wizard of Whiskey

Cherry Pie & Drouet Cognac - MELINA. A 7-year-old no lees cognac that is dry, bold and round. The dried fruit makes a perfect pairing for the sweetness of the cherry. This might be a great pairing, and I think I will try a cocktail with some maraschino. Stay tuned for that one.

Quartier Lafrance is a Quebecois reproduction of a classic citrus liqueur. Here we have an apple brandy base that has been aged in barrels, before being blended with oranges.
The Fête Sparkling Viognier is also made from 100% Monticello AVA grapes and this sparkling wine is created using direct infusion of carbon dioxide.
