At our Chicago Speakeasy, Fresh Victor delivered with a range of quality juices that our participants loved using in their creative cocktails. Since Cambio Tequila was a large focus, the Fresh Victor Jalapeno & Lime, Mexican Lime & Agave, Grapefruit & Sea Salt, and Three Citrus & Mint were standouts.

Fresh Victor’s juice mixers are cold-pressed and they use the freshest of ingredients. Their bottles are always refrigerated and even delivered on ice.

Registration is open and we expect to have even more engagement than what we experienced in the two short months in 2024 where our members posted remarkable material over that span. Excerpt: During our Speakeasy events we try to visit local producers at discovered that Wolf Point Distilling was very close to our content house. Fortunately co-owner Victoria Polvino was working the taproom when we arrived, and thus, we received an excellent overview of the distillery and their expressions. Regarding this portfolio, we immediately noticed the intricate hand drawn artistry of each label which illustrate the famed stories from Chicago history that inspired each bottle.

Anitta Nicole, from Anitta Nicole Experiences (https://linktr.ee/AnittaNicoleExperiences) tells us what she loved about Day 1 at the BevFluence Chicago Speakeasy. The sessions included a seminar on Cambio Tequila presented by the brand's founder John des Rosiers and plenty of time for participants to craft little libation cocktails using their four tequilas as well as dozens of other possible ingredients.

Favorites were the Chinola Passionfruit Fruit Liqueur, Fresh Victor juices, Amoretti, Misguided Spirits Triple Sec, Trader Joe's Gin, and the plethora of Scrappy's Bitters.

And bottles of the single malt whiskies were popping open with the most requested being the Virginia Distillery Co. Hardywood Gingerbread Stout Cask Finish, Amrut Malt Gurus Whiskey, and the Cedar Ridge Distillery The QuintEssential.

There are still limited spaces for Day 2 where the Speakeasy focuses on Gin, Norton Wine, Sparkling Cocktails.

Guest Review: Candied stone fruit on the nose. Distinct walnuts -- even more than ginger. Sipping a gingerbread cookie with vanilla icing. Lasting grainy malt finish. Outstanding.

Virginia Distillery VDC Cider Cask Finish
Guest Review: Malty apple aroma. Slight heat on the lips, less on the tail. Grainy smoked malt with dried pears and granny smith apples. Overall a very pleasant sipper.
