zanotto vigneti in tarzo First of all, wine starts from the plant, using health safe products only. Hand harvest, selection of the best bunches.

There is NO usage of pesticides and nerbicides in our vineyards. Harvest is late, thus allowing the grapes to get the right maturation and get an higher sugar concentration. Starting from the grapes of our vineyards located in Tarzo (Treviso) we produce the sparkling wine “COL FONDO” fermented within the bottle; the “FERMO” a still table wine and two Brut sparkling wines:
the “BRUT” 8 g/liter suga

r residual and the “XB” (Extra-Brut) with a lower than 3 g/liter sugar residual. We’ve chosen to use 100% Glera grapes for our wines.
