Bourbon Banana Flambe

Looking to try a fun new boozy dessert? We love this Bourbon Banana Flambe by Gemma Stafford and the Tipsy Bartender.
Stop by Liquor Willy's today to grab yourself a bottle and give this delicious treat a try!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- banana (cut lengthwise)
- 1/4 C. bourbon
- vanilla ice cream

Instructions:
- Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Place banana into pan and cook two minutes on each side until browned.
- Carefully add bourbon and ignite with a barbecue lighter.
- Remove bananas and plate with ice cream and remaining sauce from the pan.
