Ard has also served as the Senior Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety for one of the largest privately owned companies in the United States and was responsible for the safety of over 35,000 employees in the retail, wholesale, and transportation industry. Ard has over 30 years of management experience in varying fields including retail, construction, and environmental consulting. Ard specializes in the development of safety programs and training that include prevention based safety concepts while meeting federal and state OSHA compliance needs
