On this date 30 years ago,.we started Embroidered Image. Over the years we've done some really cool projects and met some great people. Some of those people became friends, and a few of them are like family to us. There has even been the occasional.a-hole, but you'll have that in business. Thanks you to all of our past and current employees. We couldn't have made it this long without great people who were/are willing to help us get the jobs out the door. Thanks again to all of our customers, we.really do appreciate your business.

Haven't posted much lately, but this is not how we wanted to start our year. I've been waiting for over 2 hours for the tech to send a video on how to hopefully repair this thing. The left pic is how it should look, the one on the right is the current situation......patiently waiting (actually getting very frustrated)
**UPDATE**
Day 2 and the machine was together and now back apart again. Patiently waiting for a tech to call me back, they said they MIGHT get back to me today. Not starting off 2023 as productive as I had hoped. It looked good on paper

On this date 28 years ago we opened our doors at Embroidered Image. Along the way we've made some great friendships, great customers and as you know from some of my posts.....really great stories. Being in business isn't always cotton candy and unicorns. With all of our great customers, friends and most of all, family, it usually runs pretty well. The past year was definitely a challenge. People not spending on apparel, suppliers with low to no inventory, so many different problems. Tracy and I both had Covid, I've never been that sick for that long. Fortunately we have gotten over it except for a nagging cough. Thanks again to everyone who chooses Embroidered Image to create custom imprinted apparel for you. Every piece that leaves our shop is something that we would be proud to wear ourselves. Thank you again for 28 great years and we look forward to serving you for many more.

T Ross "The Boss" will have these beanies along with his other apparel at Lincoln for the Ice Breaker on Saturday. The hats were just a trial and we liked them so much he will have some for next week.

We are still putting together the WY Varsity jacket order. We need 12 pieces to place the order because they are custom. We currently have 6 orders booked. If we do not get enough by November 6th, we cannot guarantee them for Christmas. Please talk to your friends, share the post, get the word out. We would really like the athletes that have ordered to have their jackets by Christmas.

One of my absolute favorite and long time customers, Splash Supply Company had a fire at their store yesterday. I ran over this morning to see if Mark or Becky were there, but I didn't see anyone around. The damage to their building is to say the least........devastating. This week they were going to deliver 1200 lbs of food to the York Regional Dream Center, all of it was lost in the fire. Lets help Splash replenish the food and hopefully more by donating to the York Regional Dream Center. The link to their page is listed below. Splash did the fountain and pond at the new UPMC hospital, if you haven't seen it, it's spectacular. Not only is their work stellar, they're wonderful people.
