PATH VALLEY SPEEDWAY PREPARED FOR SEASON OPENER WITH UPGRADES

Path Valley Speedway will open its gates for BUG DAYS on March 18th & March 25th from 12 to 4 to give all drivers practice runs on the quarter mile oval which has been refurbished with 35 loads of clay.
The season opener will be April 1st with the gates opening at 2:00PM and hot laps at 4:00PM. Fans and drivers will be greeted with several off-season upgrades including bleacher refurbishing, updating the vendor booths, deep cleaning of the bathroom and replacement of some of the amenities, $35000.00 worth of catch fence on the front stretch, completing that area, a brand new score board, additional Jersey barriers on the backstretch wall, and expansion of the pit area and general admission parking lot.
Path Valley will be hosting their regular divisions in 2023 with the T.A. Ward Construction 270 Sprints, The Macri Concrete 600 Sprints, and Cisney’s Auto Parts 4 Cylinder Thunder Cars. The Strictly Stock Division will be appearing in a divided schedule; as The Metzler Auto, Truck and Trailer Wingless Super Sportsman will be making several appearances in addition to the Cordell Construction Late Models.
The E-Mods, PASS 305 Sprints, 358 Sprints, and the Mason Dixon 270 Sprints will also be a part of the excitement of the 2023 schedule.
T.A. Ward Construction will be posting a $500.00 to win for the 270 sprints for 14 races and $1000.00 to win on May 27th and for the "BULLRING NATIONALS" on October 28th.
Dr. Zachary Crouse has committed to sponsorship of several events for the season including The Super Late Models for the Appalachian Mt. Speedweek Show on June 13th with a $4000.00 to win purse. The Metzler Auto, Truck and Trailer Wingless Super Sportsman will join this event with a $1500.00 check going to the winner. The Topless Late Models on June 17th with $1600.00 to the winner and $160.00 to start. On July 21st will be "Dr. Crouse’s Night of Power" with the special appearance of the U.L.M.S. Super Late Models with the winner collecting a hefty $3500.00 purse. The modifieds and 305 sprints will also be on the racing card; also, being ARCH Night. On Sept. 30th; The "Legends Summer Slam" will produce $1300.00 to win, and $75.00 to start for the feature event. The WSS and 305 Sprints will also be on the evening's schedule.
The second annual "TRIP KONE and DAN LITTLE MEMORIAL" will be held on July 29th with a check for $1129.92 going to the winner of the Macri Concrete 600 Sprint division. Appearing with the 600's will be the ARDC Midgets.
The Metzler Auto Truck & Trailer Wingless Super Sportsman will be in charge of the "BUD SNYDER MEMORIAL" scheduled for June 24th and will be hosting the popular "KIDS BIKE NIGHT" on July 8th which will also be "DRIVERS AUTOGRAPH NIGHT".
The Extreme Outlaw Midgets will be making a special appearance on Friday; August 11th, and on August 18th the ARDC Midgets will be on the racing card; also, a Friday night.
"RUMBLE IN THE VALLEY" weekend is scheduled on June 9th and 10th with the Wingless Super Sportsman and modifieds being added to the regular show.

Memorial races this year will be held for Austin Gelwicks on August 5th, Roy & Margaret McGee on August 19th and June O'Donnell on August 26th. Austin was the driver of the #69 in the Thunder Car division, Roy & Margaret McGee were the Designers, Builders and original owners of Path Valley Speedway, and June O'Donnell worked at the pit gate with husband Ron from the time the track was built till her passing.
Path Valley Speedway promises another season of tough competition in all classes on the quarter mile high banked clay oval as these drivers round the track in a time frame of 8 to 12 seconds, creating edge of the seat excitement and wheel to wheel competition.
