It’s produced from dry-farmed, sustainably grown 🌱, old vine Tempranillo (80%) and old vine Garnacha (20%) that’s hand-harvested 🤲 from vines planted from 1980-1995. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and bottled young after a few months in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
