We’re looking for a self-motivated, full charge bookkeeper. Position responsibilities include A/P, A/R, payroll through quickbooks, month-end closing services, run monthly accounting reports, submit to***co and sales taxes to state department. Must have at least 5 years with Quickbooks

As well as other accounting related functions as requested by the client. The right individual for this position will be able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple client needs, while maintaining a high level of accounting services and professionalism.

We have 9 locations so this needs to be done for every location.

District Court Judge Throws Out Warning Labels for Premium Ci**rs

For Immediate Release - Today, United States District Court Judge, Amit Mehta, threw out the warning requirements for premium ci**rs contending that the FDA did not properly analyze the different usage patterns between premium ci**rs.

The Court pointed to evidence that “premium ci**rs have different usage patterns than other cigar and to***co products, they are almost never used by youth, and they are instead used by older, higher income, and better educated consumers.” According to the Court, the FDA did not adequately deal with this evidence when it imposed 30 percent health warnings on premium ci**rs. The opinion vacates the labeling requirements for premium ci**rs and remands a portion of the rule for further analysis by the FDA.
