Tuesday evening is our Oak Farm Winery Dinner and one of the highlights is this gorgeous blackberry-jam-leather-walnut beast of a Petit Verdot! Rarely seen on its own as it usually only plays a supporting role in Big Reds. We are pairing it with smoked, sticky beef brisket with charred red onions, pomegranate deglaze and THOSE truffles white beans (iykyk) a few reservations remain, call or message for details!

We have been OBSESSED with the indescribable perfume of this Zibibbo wine for March Wine Club! We will try to describe it though (lol): imagine walking in an apple orchard in full bloom with a bouquet of geraniums, lily of the valley, jasmine, and orange blossoms while you relax on the beach! The combination of sea salt and floral notes is AMAHZING! Thank you !
