Deal alert! Save $10 a bottle on one of our finds for 2024: this 100% Biodynamic Pinot Noir produced in the traditional Champagne method in a small village outside of Nantes, France! Wild yellow cherry and wild strawberry notes abound in this deliciously satisfying bottle of bubbles! Swing by and load up for once this one’s gone, it’s G-O-N-E as the winemaker only made it once!

To add to your festive mood, how about an easy appetizer of our Instant Potato Waffles? Pair with whatever your heart desires or CAVIAR (❤️🍾)! In in a large bowl, mix 1C water, 2 eggs, 1/4C pancake mix, 1t salt, 1/2t sugar, 1t ground pepper, 1/2t tarragon, and 1C instant mashed potato flakes in a bowl and stir to combine. Heat your waffle iron and pour in small quantities to make sure you get jagged edges like the picture. Serve with Champagne or fresh whites !

The labors of producing traditional Champagne Method sparkling wine is well-known ! We have a very limited amount of their 2018 Petit Manseng produced from their own vineyards and made by their students! Toasty, softly ye**ty with bright notes of passion fruit and summer melon, this is a glorious bottle of bubbles !
