Southbound is open everyone! It’s getting easier and easier to get to us with all the road construction. Come visit us by turning onto the temporary Eastman intersection or through Garden to Automation to Eastman. Any questions on how to get to us please feel free to reach out at 970-674-2861. ‼️ TRAFFIC ALERT ‼️ Eastman Park Dr. & CO 257 update
It’s past August 4 and you know what that means… the full CO 257 30-day closure is OVER! 🥳 Thanks to everyone for your continued patience. While southbound CO 257 is fully open from CO 392 all the way down to Crossroads Blvd., the northbound portion of the intersection will remain closed from the temporary signal to Commons Dr. until Friday, August 25 or until CDOT is finished with their floodplain repair, weather permitting. 🚧
Residents traveling north on CO 257 from before Crossroads Blvd. will still have to detour via Crossroads Blvd. and 7th St. Residents traveling north by turning right from Poudre Trail Dr. or Kodak Dr. will have to detour using the Eastman Park Dr. shoofly and Automation Dr.

Quick Road Construction Update

CDOT has closed SH 257 Northbound only from Crossroads to Eastman for the time being. However they are scheduled to reopen SH 257 from Eastman to Walnut this Friday making it easier to get to us. And! the City is hopefully on schedule to open Eastman going West and East bound a week from this Friday (August 11th).

We are still offering FREE DELIVERY to you during construction so take advantage of this! More updates from the Town of Windsor Colorado on the road construction on SH 257:

“As a part of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)’s ongoing CO 257 road work, the intersection of Garden Dr. and CO 257 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19 and Friday, July 21 for intersection reconstruction, weather permitting. The intersection will be open to traffic on Thursday, July 20 on a temporary gravel surface. During this time, business access will remain open.

The Town of Windsor is responsible for communicating the intersection improvements along Eastman Park Dr. and CO 257. Due to the nature of this closure, the town is assisting CDOT in notifying residents and business owners of the anticipated impacts. For all future updates on CDOT’s CO 257 roadway improvements, visit bit.ly/CDOT257. To receive CDOT traffic alert notifications, text 257 to 866-762-3640.
