Brewed with all Czech-sourced ingredients, adhering to a traditional Czech mash and decoction schedule. Notes of baked bread dominate. Rounded bitterness with a silky mouthfeel.

Alexandr - 5%
Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

Cryo Mosaic + Strata hops, the fruit-forward flavors of these danker varieties coalescing in a golden-colored, complex cornucopia with a pillowy mouthfeel that gives hints of green melon, passionfruit, strawberry, tangerine, and papaya atop a solid citric foundation of lemons and oranges.

Ghost In The Machine - 8.5%
Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IPAs.

Dr. Juice - 6%
The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

This tasty Spanish pink wine hails from the Valencia region of Alicante. Made from 100% organically farmed Monastrell, this tangy dry Rose gives juicy watermelon, sour cherry, and fresh herb flavors, finishing with a crunchy zip that is impossible to resist!

Petraio Puglia Primitivo
Fresh, fruity and fragrant with notes of red berries and spice. Round and supple with ripe tannins and balanced acidity. Mature grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards aging 15-18 years with southern exposure.

Le Due Arbie Chianti Superiore
Color : Intense red ruby Smell : Intense aroma, with hints of ripe red fruits, like cherries, which pair well with the scent of dried violets. The Merlot bestows the bouquet with its unmistakable aromas, including grassy and spiced nuances. Taste : The aromas can also be tasted on the palate, blending perfectly with the balanced tannins and excellent freshness.

Step Dad Chaperone - 8%
Our all Mosaic Double Dry-hopped Double IPA. Showcasing one of the best American hop varietals. Saturated impressions of candied orange rind, papaya, cantaloupe and Hubba Bubba bubble gum

Crossed - 6%
IPA brewed with a heavy dose of oats, a touch of wheat, then hopped with Galaxy in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped in two stages with Nelson in the first addition and Galaxy in the second addition. Hoppy strawberry shortcake vibes plus some Southern Hemisphere dankness.

Dusty Roadz - 5.2%
Dusty Roadz is a special beer made for a special dude. One of our Co-founders Dustin Durrance kept telling our head brewer Matt that he wanted to see us brew a pale ale. Matt kept telling Dustin “nah”. Then one day, Matt gave in to Dustin and said “yah”! This is our first ever “pale ale” and might be one of the only we brew. Dusty Roadz is a 5.2% heavily hopped/dry-hopped pale ale with a ton of Citra, Citra Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin hops. We are THRILLED how this turned out. If low abv hoppy crushers are your jam, make sure to grab this one.

West Coast-ish style Double IPA brewed with Citra, Amarillo, CTZ, Mosaic, and Simcoe

American Saison - 6%
This year we welcome Saison season with our American Saison. On the nose you will notice Meyer lemons and bubble gum. This Saison boast strong flavors of pear and with the traditional style of the Saison, this beer is very dry and reminiscent of a pear cider. There are also notes of pink peppercorn and graham cracker malt. Dry-hopped with Azacca and Cryo Pop, this Saison rounds out with a clean, crisp, bitterness.

This DBB classic Berliner was brewed with tons of mango, guava, passion fruit and peach. Cadillac Rainbows is a veritable fruit bomb in every way with a light, balancing tartness that tickles the tongue. This rainbow will take you to the central part of town!

Skull Socket is an industrial level IPA with a special dry hop of Mosaic, Strata and Nelson hops, and special limited availability Mosaic extractions. This one hits differently, in all good ways. Mango daiquiris, tangerine zest, prosecco bubbles and lightly dankiness.

Wallpaper Alora Mosaic - 6.2%
We hopped this latest gem with a blend of Alora and Mosaic hops. Alora tosses out huge peach and apricot notes, blending perfectly with our hand selected Mosaic hops.

Space Station Dream Lab - 8.5%
Citra, Galaxy, and Citra Lupomax whirlpool and the big dry hop of Citra, Galaxy, Strata, Nelson, and Citra Lupomax. Aromas of a tropical fruit cart blast off into big flavors of grove stand OJ, mango papaya milkshake, pineapples in syrup, complex dank berries in cream and a blast of rainbow melon while morphing into a creamsicle like finish.

Bitrate Fluctuation - 8.5%
We took our Fluctuation base added lots of Oats and Wheat and combined it Citra whirlpool and a dry hop of Citra, Strata, Lotus and BRU-1. Bitrate Fluctuation pours a hazy tangerine and has citrus and floral aroma with flavors of tropical orange, papaya, rich saturated pineapple, and bright berries in a creamy finish with just a touch of bite

POG Bubbles - 6.8%
Thiolized Conan from , along with Phantasm, Galaxy, and Citra to bring you a beer dripping with POG (Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava) juice mimosa island vibes. Pours milky yellow, with bright aromas of tropical fruit nerds and tiki drinks.

Built To Spill - 8%
Double IPA dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy, tasting notes: citrus, pineapple, and tangerine

Dead Flowers - 6.2%
Dead Flowers is an India Pale Ale featuring their select Riwaka and Southern Cross hops.
This beer is truly a beauty, presenting notes of fresh melon, tropical fruit juice, a hint of lime, and an overall experience that reminds of us of a creamsicle.

Traces To Nowhere - 6.7%
IPA brewed here in VT with the help of our friends from Widowmaker Brewing. For Traces To Nowhere, we used Comet in the whirlpool, and dry-hopped it with Citra, Comet, Strata and Galaxy. A true to form, hazy NEIPA with a tropical fruit-forward flavor profile.

Inescapable Fate - 6.2%
A grist of 2-row, Golden Promise, oats, and inevitability. Heaping mounds of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka met their end in the boil and double dry hop. A kismetic nose with notes of lime, white grape, and juicy citrus. Hints of soft malt and bright tropical fruits complement the uneasy feeling that you can't avoid what's coming. Drink up. It's almost time.

Dark Path - 5.5%
Staked through the heart with an unnerving dose of Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla beans and laid to rest with local cold brew from one of our favorite local roasters, there’s a chill in the air as this one rises from its bed of rich, nutty Maris Otter and a complex array of specialty malts. Spine-tingling aromas of fresh chocolate chip cookies, cacao nibs, and rich brownie batter mingle with complex flavors of chocolate-smothered espresso beans, brown sugar, and coffee ice cream. Can you feel it watching? Don't stray from the path. (Contains lactose)

Big Red Norm - 6.5%
Notes of bread and toffee are prominent throughout, backed by heavy late additions of a blend of American and New Zealand hops that add flavors of pine and blackberry.

Critter - 5.1%
Baby brother to our Animal IPA, this Juicy Pale Ale showcases notes of passion fruit, peach juice, and orange citrus from the STrata and Azacca hops. Soft, fluffy, and refreshing.

Cranberry on the nose. Sweet and tart cranberry on the palate.

We took our flagship IPA, Cush, and decided to create a companion that uses more of an old school approach. Cali Cush is an ode to easy drinking, crushable West Coast IPAs. Still packed with a charge of Mosaic and Simcoe, we replaced our house ale strain, and fermented it out with a more traditional California ale strain. The result is a more crisp and clear beer. Amped up with extra pine notes, and a lingering, welcoming bitterness, this is a fun classic twist on our classic beer. Perfect for any time of the day, we hope you enjoy the twist to one of our favorite recipes.

Juicy Bits - 6.7%
Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Parallax Ale - 4.6%
Parallax is refreshing and brilliantly crisp Summer Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner & British Halcyon malt with a touch of wheat, and Munich Malt. We generously hop with an array of luscious expressions from Azacca, Loral, & Wai-iti. The aromatics blend zesty lime and mandarin with quince and white peach. Dry and snappy to the finish for effortless sessionability.

“The Usual” - 5.9%
The Usual is our hazy, unfiltered, American IPA brewed with malted barley, oats, wheat, and a generous blend of our favorite hops. As the name suggests, this is the beer we want to drink “on the usual.”

Really Big Bird - 9%
Really Big Bird is the largest and most hop-saturated addition to our Small Bird Series to-date. We took Big Bird, one of the hoppiest beers in our portfolio, and dosed it with an even more ridiculous dry-hopping rate, resulting in a beer that is unapologetic in its approach.

Scaled Up - 8%
The first Double IPA produced at our Canton brewery. Featuring four powerful aromatic hop varieties, Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Columbus, Scaled Up emits dank, spicy, aromas that lead into fruity, citrusy flavors of peach and orange on the palate. Lighter in body than most of our other Double IPAs, Scaled Up finishes dry and smooth with a pleasant bitterness.

Congress Street - 7.2%
Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Mosaic Free Rise - 7.3%
Our latest edition of Free Rise, one of our signature saisons, highlights locally sourced Danko Rye from Valley Malt and Mosaic in the dry hop. A nuanced fruity hop profile is balanced with subtle, nutty malt character and expressive notes of pepper and clove. Light in body, with a clean, bone-dry finish, Mosaic Dry Hopped Free Rise is a welcomed addition to our family of farmhouse ales.

Little Rooster - 5.8%
A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Little Rooster is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV offerings brewed for the summer. The nose is an intense, complex fusion of pineapple, grapefruit pith, and woodsy hop aromatics. Citrus rind, grape jam, and lemon fill out the flavor profile, with a firm and long-lasting bitterness. Very dry and effervescent, light to medium bodied.

DIPA brewed and triple dry-hopped with the freshest Galaxy and El Dorado. Mouthwatering impressions of lemon, yellow starbursts, and soft melon.

Tomb - 9.9%
DIPA with Galaxy, Citra, Columbus, El Dorado, Motueka, and Waimea

whitemiata - 6%
whitemiata is the 6% IPA version of our beloved Citra/Galaxy DIPA whiteferrari. The luxuriously soft mouthfeel and beautiful integration of two of our fave hops all together in a more crushable ABV.

Flooded - 8%
West Coast-Style Double India Pale Ale. Brewed with Motueka, Nelson and Citra hops. Cleaner and dryer than our Hazy IPAs but still soft and juicy. We are stoked on this one.

Broccoli - 7.9%
Brewed with lots of wheat, oats, Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe. We then hit it again with a second dose of all those hops plus Simcoe and Mosaic lupulin powder.

Ümläüt Löve- 4.7%
Using Kölsch yeast and traditional brewing techniques, Umlaut Love pays homage to Cologne's storied Kölsch legacy.The delicate body, mild fruit flavors, and subtle white wine finish make it a perfect anytime beer!

Kung Fu Kittens 6.6%
Hazy IPA that is heavily hopped with El Dorado and Citra hops. This badboy is soft, fluffy and dangerous!

Through the Wall - 7%
Hopped with a barrage of Falconer’s Flight, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic, we fermented this beer with a West Coast ale strain. With an aroma and flavor of pine, citrus, and dank this beer has a crisp clean finish. Don’t really gotta tell you that we’re drinking good, you can smell it through the wall.

Aloha Nui Loa - 12.2%
Toasted Coconut 🥥, Coffee ☕️, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Cacao Nibs 🍫. This brew is packed with chocolate and an even amount of toasted coconut and vanilla shining through. There’s a nice elegant coffee hit on the nose and a decadent stout finish with a slight marshmallow hit.

Pours a pale gold with flavors of orange juice, pineapple, and gummy bears. Overall, it’s a hazy juice bomb.

Shook Ones - 6.8% 🍊

Peacharine Fresh To Death - 6.8% 🍑
We decided to give it the fresh to death base and go 100% peacharine in the dry hop, twice. Aromas of fresh peach, white gummy bears, peach candy, pineapple, lead to a perfectly juicy, fluffy, soft mouthfeel.

Double Overhead In the Green Room - 8% 🧃
Loaded with wheat and oats, this super juicy, soft and smooth IPA is hit with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and a kiss of Waimea hops. A tropical sensation bursting with aroma and juicy flavors with a crispy finish.
