It’s been a while since I made a cocktail and I realized I am STILL LAZY 🤣
But the ☀️ made a rare appearance so something tropical was on the menu. I thought a Mandrin Pogtini sounded delish.
And that garnish idea- courtesy of from IG 🌈
1 part Absolut vodka to 2 (or 3) parts POG.

The first time we tried this delicious sweet honey wine was when we were at a Medieval Banquet at the Bunratty Castle. It was our 7th wedding anniversary many years ago!I was SO excited that I was able to bring this product into our stores. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should.I think I may try making a Meade cocktail next, a Bees Knees 🐝
