Bousquet Sparkling Rose - Salmon color with delicate bubbles. Red and ripe fruit aromas with citric notes. Balanced and fresh in the mouth, with a soft entrance, medium acidity and fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif and with fresh seafood dishes.

Pedroncelli Friends White Blend - A harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. This very fragrant white enjoys passion fruit with citrus and floral notes. Bright flavors of pineapple guava, rich honey and a hint of grassiness. The refreshing finish is framed by bright acidity. The wine is light and crisp. This is a white wine to enjoy on its own or with dishes that have some spicy heat like curried chicken or Thai shrimp salad. Pairs even better with your glass.

Argyle Pinot Noir - Highlighting the elegance and complexity of the Willamette Valley AVA, it showcases the purity of fruit and lively texture the region has to offer. Delicate fermentation and gentle pressing enhanced this wine’s silky mouthfeel. The wine showcases both dark and red cherry flavors, as well as black tea and spice accents. On the palate, fresh, vibrant acidity and polished tannins frame the flavors, while adding precise and persistent length.

After 30+ years 18 this round, I’ve decided to call it a career at Wilmington Wine Company. Friday, May 10 will be my final tasting and shift from 4 to 7. Atlantique Rose - A classic French style Rosé. Very Pale Pink, there is plenty of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is deliciously fresh, elegant, and soft with crisp acidity. Generous fruit flavors, but delightfully dry.

Tablelands Sauvignon Blanc - Brilliant pale straw, faint green hue in appearance. Aromas of ripe passion fruit with red pepper and guava. Ripe tropical fruit shows through with notes of passion fruit and golden kiwi, full mouthfeel with crisp granny smith apple acid finish. A True testament to New Zealand.

Field Recordings Fiction Red - This wine is a full-bodied, fruit-forward expression of the Paso Robles region. Lots of blue/black fruit, with tannins that are firm yet well-integrated. Luxurious notes of blueberries, blackberries, smoked meat, and spice mingle with hints of licorice and menthol.

Mont Paral Rose Cava - A Spanish sparkling rose wine it presents a pale pink-colored cava with fine and persistent bubbles. Aroma: Red fruit and citrus notes with gentle aromas of aging. Taste: Fresh, well-balanced with a very round palate.

The Fableist Pinot Noir - A terrific and excellent value in ripe, fleshy, fun Central Coast Pinot Noir. An 18 month stay in just 10% new oak adds spice and smoke notes to the deep aromas and flavors of raspberry, black cherry and blackberry. There's good energy and freshness to the rich flavors and a long, smooth, easygoing finish of red berry, plum and spice.

Cantina Miali The Orange Fox - From 100% verdeca grapes. Manual harvest. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Soft pressing and aging in tanks. Bright coppery colour. Notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate it is finely acidic, good sapidity and great persistence.

Hendry HRW Zinfandel - Only made in their "best" vintages and in a more quaffable style, this is delicious and rich. It’s tangy and firm, and packed with Napa Zin goodness. Somewhat more "Italian" in style than typical monster California Zinfandels.

Pike Road Pinot Noir

Willamette Valley, Oregon - Shows well-integrated notes of black current, baking spices, violets, and sweet oak. The palate is big and juicy with succulent black cherry and showcasing a long finish with hints of leather and floral notes.

Villa Wolf Gewurztraminer

Forge Cellars Dry Riesling - This bone dry Riesling represent southeast region of Seneca Lake. Scents of pine tips and green herbs give way to firm, austere citrus flavors. It's got an herbal edge, of thyme and chervil, with an orange peel and lime-oil lift.

Pedroncelli Block 007 Cabernet Sauvignon - From the Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma. This Cabernet captures the Dry Creek Valley essence. Intriguing aromas of blackberry, dried herbs, and toasted oak notes are typical of this vineyard’s personality. Round tannins introduce berry flavors combined with a touch of pepper, vanilla, cedar, and mocha notes. A long finish framed by bright acidity is simply elegant.
