Bousquet Sparkling Rose - Salmon color with delicate bubbles. Red and ripe fruit aromas with citric notes. Balanced and fresh in the mouth, with a soft entrance, medium acidity and fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif and with fresh seafood dishes.

Pedroncelli Friends White Blend - A harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. This very fragrant white enjoys passion fruit with citrus and floral notes. Bright flavors of pineapple guava, rich honey and a hint of grassiness. The refreshing finish is framed by bright acidity. The wine is light and crisp. Argyle Pinot Noir - Highlighting the elegance and complexity of the Willamette Valley AVA, it showcases the purity of fruit and lively texture the region has to offer. Delicate fermentation and gentle pressing enhanced this wine’s silky mouthfeel. The wine showcases both dark and red cherry flavors, as well as black tea and spice accents. On the palate, fresh, vibrant acidity and polished tannins frame the flavors, while adding precise and persistent length.

After 30+ years 18 this round, I’ve decided to call it a career at Wilmington Wine Company. Friday, May 10 will be my final tasting and shift from 4 to 7.
