🗓️Christmas Cocktail Countdown🕰️
🎄0 days until Christmas🎅🏼

Merry Christmas ! 🎄🎁 🎅🏼🦌❄️

Christmas Morning Mimosas:

🍾1 (750mL) bottle champagne
🍾3/4 cup cranberry blood orange or pomegranate juice (your preference!)
🍾Optional - rosemary springs for garnish
🍾Optional - sugared cranberries for garnish

Sugared Cranberries:
🥂4 ounces fresh cranberries
🥂1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
🥂1/3 cup water

🍾Add an ounce or so of juice to the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill it up with champagne, garnish with rosemary and sugared cranberries, and serve! Enjoy!

Sugared Cranberries
🥂Add 1 cup of the sugar and the water to a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and bring the mixture to a boil, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Set it aside until it is cool enough to touch. Once the syrup is cool, either dunk the cranberries in it or pour the liquid over top of them in a bowl. Place the remaining sugar on a plate. Try to remove any syrup “globs” and roll them in sugar one at a time.

🗓️Christmas Cocktail Countdown🕰️
🎄1 day until Christmas🎅🏼

Polar Espresso Martini:

🚂 2 ounces vodka
🚂 1 ounce coffee liqueur (We recommend Kahlúa; Mr. Black can also be used, we suggest using simple syrup with this brand)
🚂 1 ounce espresso freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
🚂 ice
🚂 Optional - 1/2 ounce simple syrup if you like a sweeter cocktail or are using Mr. Black coffee liqueur
🚂 Optional - if you like a creamy cocktail, add 1/2 ounce of Bailey’s Irish cream or half and half
🚂 Optional - Garnish: coffee beans

🚂 Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake until well combined. Strain ice and pour into martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy!

Santa Clausemopolitan:

🎅🏼2 ounces vodka
🎅🏼3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tbsp) cranberry juice
🎅🏼1/2 ounce (1 tbsp) orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
🎅🏼1/4-1/2 ounce (1 1/2-3 tbsp) fresh lime juice
🎅🏼ice
🎅🏼Optional - 1 twist lime zest for garnish

🎅🏼Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, and lime juice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with lime twist. Can sugar rim for a little extra Christmas spirit. Enjoy!

🗓️Christmas Cocktail Countdown🕰️
🎄3 days until Christmas🎅🏼

Under the Mistletoe Cocktail:

💋2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
💋1.5 ounces Green Creme de Menthe (can use green food coloring if your using clear Creme de Menthe)
💋1 ounce White Creme de Cacao
💋ice
💋Optional - if you want it extra boozy add 1/2 oz of vodka
💋Optional - chocolate syrup or water and either a mixture of either equal parts cocoa powder and sugar or a hot chocolate mix packet to rim glass

💋Rim glass if desired, set aside while you make cocktail. Add about 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, along with the Baileys Irish Cream, Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cacao. Place the lid onto the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain cocktail into a martini glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Blitzen’s Boozy Hot Chocolate: (Makes about 2-3 servings)

🦌2 ½ cups milk (we suggest whole milk, but you can substitute with any milk of your choice)
🦌¼ cup granulated sugar
🦌2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
🦌6 oz bittersweet chocolate or chocolate chips(or semisweet, milk, etc. whatever your preference. *Milk chocolate will make this recipe sweeter)
🦌1 tsp pure vanilla extract
🦌2 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
🦌1 1/2 oz Vodka
🦌Optional for garnish - whipped cream or marshmallows

🦌In a medium saucepan, add milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, whisking to combine. Warm over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until ingredients are dissolved and mixture is warm. Stir in chocolate chips. Once melted, add in Bailey’s Irish Cream and vodka whisking until combined. Remove from heat, pour into mugs, top with whipped cream or marshmallows, and enjoy!

🦌For a quick, easy recipe, use your favorite brand of hot chocolate mix (use 2 to 2 1/2 packets). Follow directions above using only hot chocolate mix, milk, Baileys, and Vodka. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, and enjoy!

The Frosty Cocktail: (Makes about 2-3 servings)

☃️1 cup pineapple juice
☃️1/2 cup Blue Curacao liquor
☃️1/2 cup light rum (we suggest Malibu 🥥)
☃️1/2 cup cream of coconut
☃️ice

Optional for Rim of Glass
☃️simple syrup or honey
☃️coconut flakes

☃️Rim the glass and set to side while you prepare your drink. In a blender add ice (enough to make a slushy consistency), pineapple juice, Blue Curacao liqueur, rum, and cream of coconut. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour into rimmed glass, serve immediately, and enjoy!

☃️Don’t feel like breaking the blender out? This drink can also be made on the rocks 🧊! Just add ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well until combined, pour into prepared glass filled with ice, and enjoy!

🎄Optional - cherry/heart shaped strawberry (to represent the grinches ♥️), lime wedge, red sugar to rim the glass

🗓️Christmas Cocktail Countdown🕰️
🎄7 days until Christmas🎅🏼

The Mrs. Claus Cranberry Margarita

❄️1 1/2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice recommended)
❄️3/4 cup fresh lime juice
❄️3/4 cup tequila
❄️1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
❄️ ice cubes
❄️ Optional - sugar or salt for rim, cranberries and lime for garnish

Stir all ingredients together until blended. Serve over ice in sugar- or salt-rimmed glasses, garnished with fresh cranberries and lime wedges. You can make this ahead of time and store in the fridge, make sure to stir before serving. This recipe makes about 3 cups, enjoy!
