🍍 Charred Cinnamon Pineapple Old Fashioned 🍍
Description: A twist on the classic Old Fashioned with charred pineapple and cinnamon. The smoky cinnamon sugar rim heightens the depth of bourbon’s flavors.

Ingredients (per cocktail):

2 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Pineapple-Infused Simple Syrup (simple syrup + muddled pineapple, strained)
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Charred Pineapple Cubes
Smoky Cinnamon Sugar (mix sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of smoked salt) for rim
Cinnamon Stick
Instructions:

Rim the Glass: Moisten rim and dip into smoky cinnamon sugar.
Stir: In a mixing glass with ice, stir bourbon, pineapple syrup, and bitters until chilled.
Strain & Serve: Strain into the cinnamon-sugar-rimmed glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish: Add charred pineapple cubes and place a cinnamon stick on top.

Dirty Snowman Baileys Ice Cream Cocktail

Creamy, chocolatey, and irresistibly indulgent—this cocktail is perfect for warming up winter nights!

Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
Hot chocolate, to fill the glass
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Whipped cream, for garnish
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a glass, swirling it around to create a decorative pattern.
Step 2: Assemble the Drink
Place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream into the prepared glass.
Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and chocolate liqueur over the ice cream.
Top off the glass with hot chocolate, letting the ice cream begin to melt for a rich, creamy texture.
Step 3: Top it Off
Add a swirl of whipped cream on top of the drink.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles over the whipped cream for a finishing touch.
