Made from the Gamay grape in very specific villages within the Beaujolais region of France, these are lighter bodied with wonderful flavors of strawberries and earth. Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages is a mainstay for me for Thanksgiving and also slightly chilled during the Spring!

Ice Cubes
1 ⅓ oz Absolut Vodka
⅓ oz Galliano
Orange Juice

DIRECTIONS
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka. Top up with orange juice. Float galliano.
