Nieto Senetiner is one of Mendoza’s oldest wineries, founded in 1888 when Italian immigrants planted the first vineyards in Vistalba, a sub-region in Mendoza’s primera zona Luján de Cuyo. Sourcing fruit from its three long-standing estate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and premier sites in the Uco Valley, today Nieto produces some of Argentina’s most consistently awarded Malbecs. Nieto Senetiner Malbec showcases fruit exclusively from Luján de Cuyo vineyards. Awarded 90 Points from James Suckling! Pairing: Roasted leg of lamb, herb crusted prime rib, or a loaded burger.

Let's make a Spring Fever! 🍹

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz Empress Gin
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• .5 oz Honey Syrup
• 2 oz Grapefruit Soda
• Garnish: Lemon Wheel

DIRECTIONS:
Shake 1 oz of Empress Indigo Gin, the lemon juice and honey syrup on ice. Strain into a copa glass on fresh ice. Add 2 oz of grapefruit soda and layer the remaining 1oz of Empress Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
