Derrumbes Oaxaca Joven Mezcal
A full-bodied mezcal from Derrumbes that is made by third-generation agave farmer and maestro Javier Mateo in the town of Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, using a combination of Espadin and Tobala agave. Roasted in a traditional pit-oven and crushed with a tahona, this mezcal has a lightly smoky palate with full notes of garden herbs, aromatic agave and earthy minerals.
