Ernie's Market, LLC feels it's important for kids to learn to work and there are not a lot of jobs out there for our young people. It has been a fun and rewarding experience getting to know, work along side, and teach our young team mates.

With that said, this is Finn....you can find him in the coolers unpacking products, organizing the back stock, preparing for deliveries, along with assisting the clerks with other tasks. It's an important position and we depend on our stocking crew!

I have been working here since spring of 2023. I love working at Ernie's, as well as the opportunities and experiences this job has given me. It all started when I finished the winter swim league for the school. I had nothing going on and when my mom saw that Ernie's was hiring, she told me to go get an application. Fun Fact, the first time I had been in the store was to get the application. I was hired along with three others. Since then I have worked, learned, and grown while working here. I am the last of the original four kids hired.
When it's warm enough, I usually bike to work. I love biking and I love to work. My ride is about 1/2 mile downhill to work and 1/2 mile back straight uphill. I sometimes time myself to see how fast I can make it home.
I love telling people that I work at Ernie's, it always blows their mind. I am grateful for the people here that I work with, how friendly, supportive, and forgiving they are! Other hobbies I have are swimming. I swam for most of my life, on and off, until high school. I have swam for high school team every year since. I am a district swimmer and always place in something. I am also in the high school marching band, the Golden Apple marching band. GA for short. I love playing music, especially the trumpet. When I joined, I was a fish out of water trying out, but now I am the senior section leader and first trumpet in the jazz band.
Every now and then, in the summer, I love biking and going to cool places around Wenatchee.
I also play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends when we have time.
Other cool facts about me include:
I have a complete state quarter collection.
I own a replica of the master sword from Legend of Zelda.
I have never broken a bone or sprained a muscle.
I marched and played a solo in a Disneyland parade.
I have used the same backpack since kindergarten.
