We couldn’t think of a better day than Texas Independence Day to announce that we are releasing a new permanent flavor. For years, we have had customers tell us that they would enjoy a hotter version of our mesquite smoked jalapeño glaze.  We are bringing the heat by adding serranos and habanero peppers, and calling it “Fuego,” Spanish for fire.  We would describe it as having a tingling, subtle burn, packed with great flavor but not hot enough to make you want to run to find something to drink. It will be available online and at retail locations this month. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.

Update: apparently that didn’t fix the slow pumping. Technicion is coming back to evaluate. The temp solution is release handle for 15 seconds then start pumping again. This is a bandaid fix until the problem is resolved. Again we are sorry for inconvenience. We are addressing it.

For those that experienced a slow pump for unlead and midgrade, it has been repaired. Found an issue with the pump on the tank. It doesn’t not affect the metering but does slow the flow. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience.

We have some Timothy Orchard hay we need to clean out of the barn to make room for new hay. These bales weigh around 650 # and are 2x3x8. Nice hay out of Indiana. Normally $140, will sell for $100. Thank you!

New Year’s Holiday Hours

The store will extend our New Year’s Eve hours to midnight.
Kitchen will still close Sunday

We will reopen Monday morning and resume normal business hours.

Also, the firework stand will be open this weekend

Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day plus day after hours:

We will be closing 6pm Sunday Christmas Eve and will be closed all day Monday Christmas Day.
Grill will close at 4pm Christmas Eve

We will reopen 7am Tuesday Dec 26 and resume normal hours.

The fuel pumps are open 24 hours

It is time for turkey and ham. Big Wick’s Glaze is excellent to glaze your favorite meat. It is also great for a dipping sauce. One more idea is pour it over cream cheese and spread on your favorite cracker. For anyone that hasn’t tried it you should. It has a sweet n sour with a touch of spice taste. Very tasty.
