Christmas came early for us at Big Red Mini Mart! We were surprised with a brand new oven yesterday and we are ready to start cooking again!!!

Our oven is down. As of right now the part isn’t expected to be in till around the 15th of January. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do still have a nice variety of sandwiches available at breakfast & lunch in the warmer as well as our cold deli cooler all day long. We do offer a delicious take n bake pizza made to order.
