Cinnamon Apple Cider Martini Ingredients: 2 oz vodka 1 oz apple cider 1/2 oz cinnamon schnapps Apple slice and cinnamon stick for garnish Instructions: In a shaker, combine vodka, apple cider, and cinnamon schnapps with ice. Boozy Apple Pie
Ingredients:

6 cups thinly sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 cup bourbon or apple brandy
1/4 cup apple cider
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 double pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.
Add the bourbon or apple brandy, apple cider, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the apples evenly.
Roll out one half of the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish, trimming the edges if necessary.
Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
Dot the top of the apples with small pieces of butter.
Roll out the second half of the pie crust and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges to seal
Cut small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Brush the top crust with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let the pie cool on a wire rack before serving.
