Leads with bright agave character and finishes with the soft floral notes of Cabernet.

*Bourbon
Nose:
This bourbon presents a very straightforward, light, and pleasant nose. New oak, corn, grain, and raisins were all present, but very subtle.
Palate:
The palate can best be summed up as sweet with good mouthfeel. Sweet corn, honey, and vanilla are immediately noticeable when you take a sip. The palate comes off as that of a young whiskey that hasn’t spent a lot of time in the barrel.
Finish:
The finish is light and lingering. Notes of oak, white pepper, honey, peaches and raisins lingered for a while in my mouth with the predominant flavor being the white pepper that brings a subtle heat and spice to the finish.
*American Whiskey
This whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. This allows mellow flavor with less intense smoky, charred influence found in bourbons. Instead, it has a sweetness, oak, mint & spice flavor.
*Sour Mash
Fire-charred, new American white oak barrels.
Warm toasted burnt sugar notes with spice, sweet, smoky fruit, candied cherries, and honeyed vanilla, remarkably elegant. Starts out like a bourbon, finishes like a rye.

The Argiano 2019 Brunello di Montalcino comes out stronger than the previous 2018 and 2017 vintages, thanks to the precision and focus of its fruit flavors in this balanced vintage. It shows ample depth and volume, with sweet cherry and blackberry that fold into softly toasted spice and earth. Floral hints of lilac and iris make brief but poignant appearances. Velvety tannins and a nicely concentrated mid-weight palate give good staying power. This is a 120,000-bottle release.
