🎄🇮🇹🍷OK, Day 5 is for the special, special someone who enjoys, collects and understands an Italian Top 5 of Top 100, with a rating of 96/100 by Wine Spectator.

Extremely perfumed and vivid, with fresh mushrooms, cherry stones and blackberries. Medium-bodied with very fine tannins that are long and complete. Fresh acidity. Tangy and vibrant. Lovely is the word.

🎄🍺 Day 2, a gift for the beer lover. Once banned in the US because its provocative title was thought to encourage overindulgence, Delirium Nocturnum from the Huyghe Brewery is a Belgian Strong Ale that pours dark amber brown with a medium beige head.

Top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts aromas of red fruit, bread, berries and dates, with notes of chocolate, toffee, malt and spice.
