Good afternoon everyone 211 Quickie Mart will be hosting a UVA Childrens Fundraiser 9-16-2023 Here at the store from 1PM till Closing we are selling these bags, and all the money will be used to help the UVA Childrens Hosptial. The cost per bag is $5.00 CASH ONLY, you would be helping the Children and also helping the Environment with no plastic bags in the waste. So, come on out and get your tote bag today while supplies last and remember all $5.00 will go to the fundraiser.

On this night...20 years ago, 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work the next day. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift of saving lives. None of them saw past 10:00 am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted.
Also all those still dealing with the aftermath with cancer and losing their loved ones.
