Shegöat
Weizenbock Ale | 8.7%
We’re bringing back a classic— right from Patrick Rue’s homebrew recipe book. First brewed in 2013, Shegöat is inspired by the traditional weizenbock style of Germany. Rich notes of bananas, cloves, and caramel malt blend with a slight hint of spice— just like the banana bread that großmutter used to make. Bready, smooth, and delicious.

B.B.V.
Barrel-Aged Blended Ale with Black Currants, Blackberries, Blueberries, Boysenberries, and Tahitian Vanilla Beans | 9.4%
We could’ve called this beer B.B.B.B.V., but we thought that’d be mean. But all the B’s are what’s giving this blended ale its delicious flavor: we added hundreds of pounds of black currants, blackberries, blueberries, and boysenberries, along with hand-processed Tahitian vanilla beans, to add rich berry flavor to this deliciously complex sour blend.

Saison | 7.3%
Bon voyage! If you’re enjoying your grandes vacances this summer, then Juilletistes is for you. This crisp, bright saison ale, inspired by the French style, was made with Rouge de Bordeaux, providing a smooth, bready mouthfeel and light spice character, and Pilsen malt, giving clean, malty notes. Pour a glass and imagine yourself in the Côte d’Azur.

Inspired by the classic Bavarian style, Ruekeller: Märzen is a wonderfully complex lager with a rich, velvety body, sweet malty notes, and a firm hop bite.

Spontanaheim
Spontaneously fermented sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels | 5.5%
We’re proud to present an homage to tradition and a testament to our team’s dedication to the craft. This beer was brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation with the wild winds of Anaheim. After 18-24 months of aging in our oak puncheons, we tasted and hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then masterfully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and crisp.

T-R-E-A-T
West Coast IPA | 7.1%
We think you deserve a T-R-E-A-T. We brewed this light-bodied, effervescent west coast IPA with Centennial and Simcoe hops for perfectly dank, resinous notes. Enjoy aromas and flavors of pine, grapefruit, apricot, and berry in this light, bright, refreshing sipper. Pair with all the classic summer treats: fresh-off-the-grill burgers, chicken wings and fresh carrots.

All the Cows
BBA Imperial Milk Stout with Milk Sugar and Madagascar Vanilla Beans | 13.2%
Tip your tastebuds with this bourbon barrel-aged milk stout. So rich and creamy, we had to use all the cows. We started with a big, rich imperial milk stout and aged it in bourbon barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans until it was udderly delicious.

Q: What exactly is a "Cold" IPA? 🤔

🎓 A: In summary, it's a crispier, more crushable IPA than traditional IPAs whether you're talking West Coast or NE-style. It leans towards an IPL (India Pale Lager) because it's often fermented with a lager yeast but distinguished from an IPL as it's fermented slightly warmer (think Steam beer) and has adjunct such as corn or rice along with less bitterness, as is the style for current IPAs.

The same barrel-aged Mostra coffee beans used to make the nitro cold brew served in our Tasting Rooms is now available here at the shop! Our friends aged these beans in spent Bruery barrels previously used to age our Anniversary Solera old ales, then roasted them to perfection. Enjoy the flavors of mastery from barrel to bean to roast.

This uniquely sparkling ale is the result of our collaborative efforts with Cellador Ales to produce a spritzy saison that plays to the natural sweetness of apples. We could go on and on about the select yeast strains and short barrel contact times, but instead, just pop the top and enjoy.

Pour Me S’more
Imperial Stout with graham crackers, cacao nibs, and vanilla | 9.9%
Start up the bonfire, we’re makin’ s’mores. Nothing beats the classic combo of graham crackers, melty chocolate, and perfectly-crisped marshmallow— except maybe this imperial stout, inspired by the fireside treat. We added generous helpings of graham crackers, cocoa, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans into the stout base for the perfect blend of rich, sweet, chocolatey flavors. What are you waiting for? Pour me s’more of this beer!

Bourbon barrel-aged English-style Old Ale | 17.2%
Le quatorzième anniversaire of The Bruery brings another celebratory ale true to tradition. The masterful solera blending method combined with bourbon barrel-aging builds layers of complexity with a portion of each year’s anniversary ale represented in this blend. Notes of toffee and vanilla are perfectly balanced with dark fruit and oak characteristics in this celebratory blend.

Nectar Keen
Foeder-aged saison ale with nectarines | 6.4%
When you’ve been Brueing as long as we have, you tend to make quite a few farmer friends. And when one of those farmer friends shows up at your cellar door with a load of fresh, juicy nectarines, you say yes. We were keen to turn these nectarines into a fresh fruit-forward tart saison, highly carbonated and bursting with stone fruit aromatics and flavor— and so we did.

Rue’d Attitude
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial porter with vanilla, tart cherries, and coffee |10.4%
Brewed with 100% attitude — this imperial porter was aged gracefully in bourbon barrels for nearly a year. It was then treated with silky smooth vanilla, fresh tart cherries, and coffee from our friends at Hidden House Coffee Roasters. The result is an in your face ale with a huge mouthfeel that explodes with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, cherries, and dark fruit.

Clear your mind with this refreshing pale ale. Loaded with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops, Drifting is an ode to classic, crisp hoppy beers. With aromas of pine and citrus and flavors reminiscent of typical pale ale bitterness, pine and grapefruit rind notes. Close your eyes, lay back, and drift away.

If you like piña coladas, you’ll love this tropically-inspired bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. Inspired by the popular tropical treat, we added heaps of mango and coconut, along with just a hint of vanilla, perfectly capturing the feeling of poolside sippin’ in the sun.

Blonde ale with rice, milk sugar, cinnamon, and natural vanilla | 7.2%
Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon, and vanilla, along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it's much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.

This artful, rich, and complex blend of our solera Anniversary ale, Belgian-style quad, sour blonde, sour stout, Flemish-style red, and wheat wine-style ale was aged in oak and bourbon barrels. Enjoy tart notes of caramel, vanilla, and berry, and cheers to 7 years!

𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗨𝗦 𝗥𝗨𝗘𝗨𝗭𝗘 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮)
Dry-Hopped Belgian-Style Sour Blonde Ale | 5.9%
Humulus Rueuze, our Terreux classic, is a variation on our take on the traditional Belgian-style lambic gueuze with a true Bruery twist: massive amounts of dry hops. This sour blonde aged for upwards of several years in oak barrels before blending barrels together and adding hops for a flavorful, aromatic blend. This is one complex beer, and it’s best consumed fresh.

𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗨𝗦 𝗥𝗬𝗘 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮)
Hoppy Rye Lager | 6.8%
Another classic in our Humulus series of hoppy beers, Humulus Rye has more hops than you can shake the Reinheitsgebot at. This dry hopped rye lager features German rye malt for added spice character and a low mash temperature to let the hops take center stage. Enjoy a sharp bitterness from hops blended with spicy notes from rye malt, culminating in a complex, tart, delicious lager.

Our annual double dry-hopped hazy double IPA— this year using 100% Citra hops is set to debut tomorrow, Thursday April 14th here at The Bruery Store. 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂 | Rum barrel-aged tripel sour ale with passion fruit, lemon, and orange zest | 11.4%
— Sometimes daydreaming can take you to a white sand beach with turquoise ocean water, drink in hand. We held onto a small piece of our sunny vacay dreams in this Tiki cocktail-inspired ale. Treated with passion fruit, lemon, and orange zest, this tripel sour ale’s bright fruit character is smoothly balanced with spice notes from lounging in Barbados rum barrels. Enjoy summertime sunshine with Lapu Lapu, and don’t forget the mini umbrella!

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 | Bourbon barrel-aged sour tripel ale with vanilla beans | 12.7%
— Sometimes, if you listen, a beer will speak to you and tell you exactly what it wants. The inspiration for Heavanilla came after tasting some barrels of our Sour Tripel and noticing huge notes of vanilla from the time spend in heavenly bourbon barrels. So we thought, let’s lean into it. This sour tripel was treated with plump, juicy, whole Madagascar Vanilla beans right in barrel, and the results are celestial.

𝗥𝘆𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 | Sour rye ale aged in oak barrels with blueberries and lavender | 8.1%
— Rye Have Blue Dreams first found its way into bottle via a Hoarder’s Small Batch Box in 2019. This sour rye ale was re-fermented with blueberries and just a kiss of lavender. The resulting ale is sharp, yet dreamily fruit forward with subtle accents of mint and rosemary from the addition of lavender.

🖤 🥥 🖤 🥥 Sometimes we just feel like tapping a keg of something special. This morning we did just that. We have a single sixtel of Black Tuesday that rested on copious amounts of coconut and vegan marshmallows for one of the smoothest BT treatments there's ever been. 🍺🏃‍♂️💨

Our So Happens It’s Tuesday bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout provides the perfect base for a huge dosing of Mostra coffee. Notes of chocolate, toffee, caramel and oak play nicely alongside a punch of coffee.

All the Cows
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout with Milk Sugar and Madagascar Vanilla Beans | 13.7%
All the Cows pours a thick jet black with aromas of rich dark berries and cherry with a hint of bourbon and vanilla. Vanilla also shines through in the palate; a creamy mouthfeel carries rich berry notes, followed by a semi-sweet finish interlaced with bourbon notes from the barrel.

One & Dunn
Rye barrel-aged Imperial Stout | 14.7%
This beer was brewed with a traditional triple mash technique before successive aging in hand-selected premium rye whiskey barrels. Pouring with a thick body, this imperial stout boasts big, rye oak barrel character balanced with notes of roasted malt and dark chocolate.
