Come by tonight from 5-7PM and tomorrow from 2-5PM to stock up for all your holiday gatherings and try three festive French wines perfect for serving at any table or given as a gift!

First for the weekend, esteemed Burgundy producer Domaine Billard Père’s La Combe Bazin, a barrel fermented Chardonnay grown in the Saint-Romain appellation of the Cotes du Beaune. Aging in 25% new oak helps to balance the vibrant acidity and freshness of this Chardonnay without adding unnecessary heaviness to the wine. Notes of toasted nuts, sweet herbs, and warm citrus, pair with poultry or fatty fish.

Next, a Bordeaux Rouge from Château Des Collines in the Medoc. This wine strikes a great balance between expressing its ageability and drinkability. Generous notes of coffee, cacao, and gamey meats are balanced by an approachable amount of body, acidity, and plenty of black fruit character. Drink now with roasted or cured red meat, or cellar it for an additional 3-5 years.

Finally, R. Dumont’s Solera Reserve is a unique and delicious Champagne, which is continuously aged under the Solera system. Each year, new wine is added to barrels which contain portions of the last 20 years of wines made, and one-third of this wine is removed to be bottled, in the same way that Sherry is aged. The final product is bursting with toasty, nutty, and vibrant character, making it an instant conversation starter.

Domaine Billard Saint-Romain Blanc
Aromas and flavors of tea, honey, lemon, and a hint of pine sap, balanced with just a kiss of oak. Beautifully creamy mouthfeel. Organic.

Château Des Collines Médoc Rouge
Aromas of black fruits, smoked meats, coffee, and mocha. A medium-full palate, lengthy finish, and round tannins.

R. Dumont Solera Reserve
Lemon curd and apple nose. Rich, creamy, and ye**ty on the palate. Excellent minerality and acidity. Organic. Biodynamic.

Your Monday's - The Most Memorable Wines of 2024 by New York Times Chief Wine Critic Eric Asimov. These 12 wines made Eric's "end of year list." You can find the the Martin Texier Brézème, 2020 on Cork's list this .

The scarcity and fragility of rare old bottles makes them naturally memorable, but these 12 younger wines had their own unforgettable charms.

Come by from 2-5PM to try three wines to accompany your holiday festivities!

First up, from Domaine Alain Gautheron, Cuvée Emeraude Chablis everything you would expect from great Chablis. Bright notes of orchard fruit, citrus, white flowers and a refreshing salinity and minerality. Pair with a rich chicken or white fish, shellfish, or fresh salad.

Next up, from Bordeaux producer Chateau Vieux Chevrol, Lalande de Pomerol is a Merlot based medium bodied red that leans into the fruitier side of Merlot, while still maintaining strong acidity and subtler savory notes.

Last up for this weekend, producer Foradori’s Teroldego, a low intervention Italian red from Trentino-Alto Adige, made with a heavy emphasis on the terroir of the region. Exciting notes of nutmeg, to***co, cardamom, and vibrant black fruits make it an excellent pairing for spiced lamb or grilled pork.

Alain Gautheron Cuvée Emeraude Chablis: Bright and fresh with notes of citrus and intense minerality. Classic Chablis notes with good salinity and a persistent finish. Organic.

Vieux Chevrol Lalande de Pomerol: Spicy fruit, light coffee, smoky to***co, and a hint of anise. Medium tannins and long finish. Classic and traditional. Organic. Biodynamic.

Foradori Teroldego: Spicy, dark cherry and blackberry nose. Flavors of sweet, deep, dark fruit with vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Medium acidity and a long finish. Organic. Biodynamic. Woman Winemaker.

Di Lenardo “Pass the Cookies”

Come spend the rest of your holiday weekend stocking up on new wine! Tonight from 5-7PM, and tomorrow from 2-5PM, we’re trying four wines great for cooler weather and celebrating the holidays.

Italian winery Bisson’s Frizzante Glera is made from grapes grown in Prosecco, but made into a bone dry semi-sparkling wine, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and citrus rind. Perfect as an aperitif or as bubbles for a cocktail.

Moving South to Umbria, the Montefalco Grechetto from Antonelli is a complex white that can stand up to a range of occasions. Big notes of lemon, peach, and almond are held up by a strong backbone of acid and minerality, great for charcuterie, savory pies, or on its own.

Hopping over the island of Crete, restorative winery Lyrarakis’ Plakoura Mandilari is a rich, oak aged red grown at a relatively high elevation of 500 meters. Dark red fruit from partial sun drying and spice and to***co from 14 months in oak combine with bright acid thanks to its high elevation.

Finally, stopping in the Southern Rhone, Hommage a Paul Blanc from winery Mas Carlot is a blend of Syrah and 5% Mourvedre. Rich notes of cassis, pepper, black olive, and a touch of spice and structure from the addition of Mourvedre.

Bisson, Glera Frizzante
This sparkling is clean and bright with a sharp, bone-dry expression. Notes of acacia honey, white flowers, green apple, and tart nectarine. Sustainable.

Antonelli, Montefalco Grechetto
Fresh flavors of pear and melon, aromas of hay and chamomile. Well structured, a great pairing with seafood or charcuterie. Organic.

Lyrarakis, Plakoura Mandilari
Grapes are partially dried before being vinified and aged in new and used oak, giving this wine incredible depth and structure, as well as ripe red fruits. Organic.

Mas Carlot, Hommage a Paul Blanc Rouge
Dense and chewy black fruit, pepper, iodine and spice notes, held aloft by refreshing acidity and tannin. Enough structure to continue aging for another decade at least.

Come by from 5-7PM tonight & 2-5PM tomorrow to try 3 fantastic centerpiece wines for your Thanksgiving table or your next dinner party!

First up is David Reynaud’s Les Monstiers, a full-bodied white wine made from 100% Viognier picked from two sites near Crozes-Hermitage in the Southern Rhone Valley. Extended lees aging gives this wine even more body and complexity, with notes of white peach, orange zest, jasmine and honeysuckle on the palate.

From the cult wine region of Jura comes Jean Bourdy’s Cotes du Jura Rouge, a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. Bourdy’s wines capture the spirit of the Jura, packed with notes of red flowers, strawberries, sweet herbs, and soil.

Last up for this weekend, R. Dumont’s Brut Tradition, an estate-bottled Champagne made primarily from Pinot Noir. While Champagne enjoys a food pairing in general, this particular bottle loves one. Plump in texture with notes of rhubarb, caramelized peach, baking spice, and a dry finish.

See you this weekend!

Join us at from 2-5PM today to try three more great wines for Fall!

From Southern Rhone winery, Mas Carlot, La Terre Natale is a delicious white wine perfect for cooler days. Subtle notes of apricot, tropical fruits, flowers, and dried herbs match with a full-bodied palate and juicy acidity.

Next up, from Château de Caladroy in the Langeudoc, “Les Schistes” is a great red wine for lovers of minerality in their wine. Red and black fruits, baking spice, and dusty tannins match with a firm backbone of minerality, great with a tomato and bean stew.

Lastly, Ostatu’s Rioja Reserva 2017 vintage, a bold and powerful red made from 100% Tempranillo. Notes of fresh and dried black fruits, vanilla, and spice, as well as hints of leather, thanks to 16 months in new oak and several years of bottle aging. Ideal with grilled red meat and veggies.

Swing by this evening from 5-7PM to try a handful of Fall favorite wines!

De Forville is a producer from Piedmont with over 150 years of winemaking experience, specializing in Barbaresco. Their Piemonte Chardonnay is a great example of what makes Italian Chardonnay so special, crisp, complex, and refreshing with a broad and weighty palate, lending it seafood pasta or roasted poultry.

Next, East Austrian winery Leo Hillinger’s Leithaberg Blaufränkisch, a staple of Central European winemaking. Jammy red berry notes mingle with hints of toasted nutmeg and clove and soft tannins, pairing very well with roasted pork or venison.

Last up from Bordeaux, the 2015 Saint-Émillion Grand Cru from Château Gueyrosse, made primarily from Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and several years of aging, this wine is bold and rich with notes of leather, cocoa, to***co, and purple fruits. Ideal as an early pick for Thanksgiving, ribeye, or roasted beef.

Join us tonight from 5-7PM to try a few wines perfect for cooler fall weather!

From top tier Austrian producer Steininger, the Ried Loisium Grüner Veltliner, an excellent aromatic white wine from the Kamptal in North-Eastern Austria. Packed with ripe stone fruit, white flowers, and the signature taste of lychee and balanced with pleasant acidity.

Next up, the Domaine Billard Saint-Romain Rouge, a fantastic and classical red Burgundy coming from the Southern half of the Cote d’Or. Notes of crunchy red berries, earth, and spice fill out this wine’s palate.

Last up, the Château Villars Fronsac, a library-released Right-Bank Bordeaux with over a decade of age. Notes of plum, licorice, violet, and spice with a softer, more delicate mouthfeel thanks to its aging.

Swing by now until 5PM to try three more fun wines!

• From Sicilian producer Palmento Costanzo, Etna Bianco Mofete is a delicious and special white wine grown on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. Dense chalky minerality, medium body, and a palate of citrus oils and white flowers make this a unique and still refreshing wine fitting for slightly cooler temperatures.

• Tempore’s Generación 73 is a lighter style of Garnacha from Aragón in Spain, great for chilling during hotter months or at regular serving temperature the rest of the year. Light in body, filled with crunchy red fruit flavors and a touch of spice, this would pair great with spicy cured meats or seafood stew.

• Last up for this weekend, Cantina Grifalco’s Aglianico del Vulture, a full-bodied southern Italian red wine that brings wonderful purple fruits and spice without overwhelming the palate. Perfect with braised short rib pasta or any kind of grilled meat.
