VODKA WATERMELON COOLER

1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Splash Honey
Watermelon Cubes
Garnish: Mint Leaves, Watermelon slice

PREPARATION
1. In a blender combine watermelon, lime juice and honey. Blend until pureed then pour through a strainer to remove excess pulp and seeds. Add vodka, stir to combine and set aside.
2. Fill serving glass with ice and slowly pour melon liqueur into base of glass. Gently layer watermelon mix on top.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and small watermelon wedge.

MINI PINK LEMONADE MARGARITA

1 1/2 oz. (50ml) Tequila (1 mini bottle)
1 oz. (30ml) Triple Sec
1/2 oz. (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. (90ml) Pink Lemonade
Splash of Grenadine
Diced Lemon

PREPARATION
1. Empty the contents of the mini tequila bottle into a shaking glass with ice and add Triple Sec, lime juice, pink lemonade, and grenadine.
2. Drop diced lemon into the empty tequila bottle and strain the mix over.

1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Milk
Whipped Cream
Toasted Coconut Flakes
Cherry

PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled glass combine coconut rum, coffee liqueur and milk. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into glass and top with whipped cream, coconut flakes and cherry.
