We replenished our stocks and have been working hard to get some great events and demos on the calendar.

So, we are ready to let the good times roll!

We are so excited to have some wonderful makers join us in the coming weeks. And we will certainly have goodies to pair with these!

- Doing Dry January? Well stop in on January 18th to meet Ann and Jill from . They'll be sampling their shrubs and offering tips for using them.

- Perhaps your preference is Damp January! Great because in Charlestown will be in house tasting their whiskey. AND our friend Julie from is making a return appearance to sample her raw sheep's milk cheeses.

- Over Dry January and ready for a tipple? On February 1, John from will be sampling whiskeys from from California.

We are cooking up some fun for the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. So, keep an eye out for what's to come!

Today we have two lovelies on
Breads!

On Ciabatta there is our HOMEMADE Basil Pesto + a blend of Smoked Ricotta and Stratcciatella + Fresh Figs + Arugula

On Baguette we put Mustard + Sopresatta + Tumbleweed Cheese + Arugula + Peppers + Cornichons.

I am just starting to process what a crazy and overwhelming month it has been. On December 1, we were just moving some of the shelves, fridges and furniture into the shop. We had some ups and downs trying to soft open by Dec 8th and we missed it by a few days, and only got one day of soft opening practice.

But when we opened, we went BIG!

Thank you for showing up.

Thank you to and for showing up for the ribbon cutting. I know it was crowded and loud and wild, but having you there meant so much.

We are excited Kim from .good.confections will be joining us for a sampling on Sunday, 1-3pm.

Soul Good Confections' caramels are pretty special because they are vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and soy-free!

It's so great to be able to offer yummy treats that are free of most of the major allergens. Seriously, that's kind of a big deal for people sensitive to the major allergens.

What a wild opening week it has been.

Kyra () headed home to be with her family for the holiday today. So grateful to have her here for this chapter of this store and my life. Happy memories were made this week.

Adam () and I will be on the counter tomorrow.
Kristi ( ) will be cranking out your holiday orders throughout the day.

We will do our best to keep up, but we will never be too busy to find that perfect cheese for your holiday.
