Mash Bill: Blend of barrels with 75% Corn 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley with barrels containing 60% Corn 36% Rye and 4% Malted Barley
Nose: Cinnamon with notes of Roasted Almond
Palate: Mocha, Mexican Chocolate with hints of Cherry Pie
Finish: Burnt Sugar and Fig with a leathery mouth-feel

Age: 7 Years 9 Month
Proof: 117.2 Proof (58.6% ABV)
Mash Bill: 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley
Nose: Nutty with notes of Sweet Vanilla and White Pepper
Palate: Soft with notes of Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves and Root Beer Barrel Candy Sweetness
Finish: Black Tea with lingering light Sweetness

RY3 Naranja Wine Cask Private Barrel Rye Whiskey
Proof: 126.8 Proof (63.4% ABV)
Mash Bill: A blend of 3 different whiskeys with 3 unique mash bills that are aged for 3 different periods, and then finished in vintage Naranja Orange Wine Casks before being bottled at Cask Strength Nose: Rye Bread with hints of White Sugar and Light Zest
Palate: Bouquet of spice with a burst of Orange Zest
Finish: Brown Sugar Cookie topped with Marmalade

Ron Izalco 18 Year Cask Strength Private Reserve Rum
Proof: 130.2 Proof (65.1% ABV)
Mash Bill: A blend of Rums made from Sugarcane, grown in Central America’s volcanic region that is known for its mineral-rich black soil.
Nose: Nougut and Burnt Sugar
Palate: Toasted Oak with a hint of Honey
