To whom it may concern. It has come to our attention that a man named RICHARD MONROE has been making claims to be affiliated with the Pipe Den and Ci**rs in Vero Beach Florida. He has gone as far as claiming he is related to our family. This is simply not true. He has never been employed by us nor is he related in any way. He is a two bit flee market hustler leaching and reaching. Be aware that he is a habitual liar and will take advantage of any opportunity you allow. He is based out of Colorado and up to no good. If you encounter this man, be aware. It is to the point that we are considering legal action to silence him. Sincerely, The Pipe Den and Ci**rs….🤬
