Not sure on the implications of threatened or possible East Coast ILA strike, but all West Coast carriers do NOT forget the terminal work slow downs that happened amidst the labor negotiations out here...

Something to be mindful of over the next few months, intermodal peak pricing? Possible work slow downs on the East Coast? Freight pivots?

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDL Class A Truck Driver at QX LOGISTIX in Los Angeles, CA. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, following all relevant regulations and company protocols. You will collaborate with our logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and maintain a high level of service for our clients.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record
TWIC Card, port experience
Experience in transportation and logistics operations
Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with route planning and navigation software
