“The Delightfully Bitter Toddy” 🥃

Prepare to experience a delicious riff on the classic toddy, reimagined with Angeleno Amaro and apple spice syrup! While orange and gentian have come to define our Amaro Angeleno to the cocktail world, the underlying tea notes offered by chamomile and jasmine meld with the warming spice of star anise to help take the chill off of any cool California autumn breeze, chilly winter night or gloomy June.

This Cocktail Kit Includes:
(1) Angeleno Amaro - 750ml Bottle
(1) Apple Spice Syrup - 12 oz Bottle
(2) Custom ‘Angeleno Amaro’ etched mugs

Curious about the cocktail? Here’s more!

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Angeleno Amaro
• 0.5 oz Apple Spice Syrup
- 4 oz Hot Water
• Smoked Apple Slice Garnish

Recipe:
Add Angeleno Amaro and apple spice syrup to a mug.
Pour hot water over the top and give a stir. Drop a smoked apple slice on top and find a cozy chair near a fire!

Pro tips:
Warm up your mug. Fill your mug with hotwater and let it sit for a few minutes. Dump out the hot water and build your cocktail. This will keep your toddy, and you, toastier longer.

Get Garnish Happy! The custom CR Citrus smoked apple slices in your kit are the perfect, smoky-sweet, warming accompaniment to your toddy, but there is plenty of room for creativity. Think all things baking spice: cinnamon, star anise, allspice berries....

It’s Grapefruit Cordial time!

Our versatile new Grapefruit Cordial (grapefruit liqueur) is the synergistic combination of two beloved varieties of grapefruit. Locally grown oro blanco and ruby red peels are infused into cane spirit and sweetened with agave nectar in small batches, capturing the best of the tangy, sweet and bitter notes that make grapefruit the perfect compliment to…. well, anything. Drink it chilled, mix it in cocktails, add it to dessert recipes - however you decide to use it you won’t be disappointed!

As always with our special releases, this is a very small batch production. Spicy Prickly Paloma 🌶️

June gloom has burned off and things are heating up. We harnessed the heat of a hundred pounds of local chili peppers to add a savory, spicy kick to our beloved Prickly Paloma. Our goal was to make it hot enough to give it a mischievous kick while remaining refreshing and eminently crushable!

We distilled a variety of peppers including habaneros, scotch bonnets and fresnos to capture their savory and fruity notes. We then used that hydrosol to make the "soda water" for the cocktail. We also infused our Opuntia with fresh habanero to get the perfect amount of spice. Doing all of that helped us avoid using the term ‘chili flavor’ on the can because there is nothing but real fruit in this cocktail!

Huge thanks to all of the Ventura County lemon growers whose wonderful fruit helps make our limoncello so zesty and delicious!

Our limoncello is made from organic Ventura grown lemons. A unique aspect of our process is that we use the whole lemon- not just the zest. Zested lemons are juiced and distilled, and the resulting lemon hydrosol is used to dilute the final product down to bottle proof.
