Always exciting to see friends follow their unique path. Renee was introduced to us through .wine and her contagious smile speaks volumes! We are lucky to have a few bottles of her personal project “Carinne.” A light and delicate version of Grenache that is exciting and gastronomic all at once. Get it while we have it, only 2 barrels made!

When traveling we’re always on the hunt for local winemakers to try and discover. We walked into a wine shop in Spain a few years back and were introduced to the wines of Ferran Lacruz. With a sole focus on white varietals Xarello, Macabeau, Malvasia, and the unique Carignan Blanc the wines showcase the mineral soils of Penedes and offer some of the cleanest 0/0 wines I’ve had. Pure, saline, crisp…. we currently have:

-Bodega Clandestina ‘Blanc Sense’ 2022
-Bodega Clandestina ‘El Soci’ 2023

July wine club pickup day is here! This special short film was shot on 16mm last fall during our time with @manin_y_sus_muchachos in Navarro, Spain.
