Another beautiful summer, 😶 , fall day! 🍁 Another beautiful cheese addition to the store! Linedeline from is an ash-ripened goat cheese complete with an oozy cream line inner edge. New cheese in the case! Blakesville Creamery’s Afterglow is a washed-rind goat’s milk mini-wheel that is washed with cherry ale. The result is multi-flavored with light notes of fruit and ale and a tender center hugged by an oozy cream line. Delicious!

A naked expression of Sangiovese from Umbria. Special pricing til next Sunday or while supplies last.

100% Sangiovese. Black and red cherries, plums and blackberries, with red ferrous earth tones. Medium-bodied red with bold flavors and character. First sniff exhibits light reduction but quickly fades to the ripe fruit and light earth. First sip is a bit shy but begins to reveal its full potential quickly. The wine has an easy going attitude and has very gentle tannins on a medium-long finish. The longer this is open the better it seems to get. An honest and clear expression of Sangiovese with out the make-up. Red sauce dishes are a great pairing, or make pizza, or get take-out and crack this baby open! Liter. Organic.

Jacquin Buche de Lucay (Bucheron) is a classic French goat cheese that resembles a log blanketed in snow. Under the bloomy rind is a silky cream line and within that is a crumbly yet creamy core. Pair with a zippy Sauvignon Blanc or crisp rosé. Blueberry jam or honey will also do nicely.
